Best Practices for Integrating External 3D Viewers into Custom Front-End Workflows

    Hey everyone,

I’m currently integrating Zolak product visualization into a custom React-based e-commerce front end. The core functionality is solid — interactive 3D configurator, real-time rendering, etc. — but I’m running into questions around best practices for performance and flexibility.

    Specifically:

    • What’s the most efficient way to handle dynamic embedding of external 3D/AR viewers without hurting initial load times?
    • Anyone have experience proxying third-party visualization APIs through a backend for better control or caching?
    • How do you structure state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.) around external product viewers to keep UX seamless?

If anyone has gone through similar implementations — whether with Zolak or comparable platforms — I’d appreciate hearing what worked and what to avoid.

    Thanks!
