Recommend replacement for Airwire

I am currently with Airwire, while I like them, I can no longer put up with their frequent and severe outages.

I moved away from them before (to Vodafone) for a better price but came back to Airwire as soon as I could (because Vodafone could not meet my requirements).

I am wary about moving based on this experience.

    Here is what I need:

    1. A fixer IP address
    2. Service that can be configured on my Fritzbox network (Fritzbox to ONT, set network name and password on Fritzbox)
    3. Ability to add a VOIP service for landline (if not directly then via IP telecoms co.

I can only get Fibre (Siro not an option).

Digiweb seem perfect for 1 and 2, but not so good on phone (v. Expensive, looks to traditional landline, not voip).

Pure seem to be similar to difiweb. Blacknight don't seem to offer phone at all (but could use VOIP).

Anyone else I could look at?
