I tried for you and its a total pain, it does say you must have an account to access, so I tried for an account and got so far they ask for an account number!! and cant go any further.

Moved to Mobiles, local charter applies.

I tried just there, I had to have all cookies enabled (shield icon with tick in bottom left) and I had to go into “Phone and plan” to get a device to go into the basket. I presume the “Phone only” is for customers who already have an account and SIM with Virgin.

Phones , phone plans , and sims are for existing Virgin customers , you must already be on a contract with them.

Then you can buy the phones , and add plans and sims , it all goes on top of your monthly bill.

If you are not already a Virgin customer , you cannot just go on their site and order a phone.

I only get broadband , phone and TV from them. Never got a mobile from them as where I am , the only provider worth being on is Vodafone , otherwise your standing in the garden holding the phone up trying to get a signal.
