    Hi,

I have an external socket I would like to run an extension off for the robot mower before we put the patio in. I have enough 5core shielded cable left behind by builders - is this OK to use ? Also, if I put under patio do I need to use red ESB duct and / or yellow warning cable and how deep does it need to be ? If it's OK to use 5 cire, lebelled 1 - 5, is there any normal practice as to what number to use for Live, Neutral, Earth ?

    Thanks
