I recently received a new amplifier from Cornell Amplification in the UK and it arrived in pieces in the box, even though there was no visible damage to the shipping box. Denis Cornell told me I have to arrange the return but I haven't a clue how to complete the UK customs information. Has anyone here sent items back to the UK and arranged the shipping?

just fill out the form in the post office, ask them for a customs declaration form

i presume they are paying the return shipping cost?

He didn't say he will pay but I will be sending him the bill so he can pay addition to my purchase costs. The issue is that I have to get it shipped back without any customs charges due on the UK side and to get my VAT back here so it's messy, everything needs to be filled in 100%. I'll call into the Post Office and see what they can do. Denis Cornell just doesn't want to know, he suggested I just get it fixed myself!
