Our house has a large back extension with a flat torch on felt roof.

There are a few large patches in the roof that are holding water. No leaks yet. The extension eventually
needs to be demolished. In the meantime is there any tar or rubber type material that could be spread
in these patches that might give them extra strength and prolong the life of the roof until a bigger job is done.
