    hi guys

    does anyone know what the estate Ath Lethan is like? Looking at buying 3 bed house there. It seems quiet but I don’t know much about the area so any feedback is appreciated.
    I know we need a car which is fine that part doesn’t bother us.
    are the houses built well? Can you hear next door? Is it a quiet area? Is it safe for family we’ve a young baby?
