Not sure if this is the appropriate forum. Was wondering what, if any, mints people use for fresh breath. And also the least damaging to teeth. I see there is a mint called I think Trebor which is massively strong. You could smell it before you see the person. Polo mints I use but am wondering if they last as they seem…

Silvermints also I think are too strong and damaging to teeth. What mints do you use or what do you use during the day to have fresh breath?
