Hi guys. I've a dish for freesat reception. Image has been breaking up a lot this week. Its 4 TVs from a quad LNB. All having the same issue. I cant measure signal strength/quality, as its via LG TVs that dont seem to have this functionality.

Would the heavy cloud cover/thunderstorm type coverage cause this? Or should I cget my LNB/dish alignment checked?

Thunderstorm or heavy rain interference would only be temporary.

If there hasn't been any windy weather recently to move the dish the fault could be with the LNB.

If you can check the LNB feedhorn plastic cover for any cracks that might allow moisture ingress

Its on my chimney stack, Im not a fan of going on the roof. So probably will need to get someone to check it.

    Thanks

Ive a lad coming next week to have a look at it. The LNB is old, so will just get it swapped anyway.
