Can you run a finger nail across it? Does it "catch" ?

If it doesnt a good detailer can polish that out - if it does catch its deeper and will probably need a repair.

looks like it could be polished out, as above see a detailer first.

When I run my nail over...feel a very slight bump. Thanks

Get a small tub of T-Cut or better G3 (€15/20) & buff it with a soft cloth. Wash the dirt off it first. Looks like a branch mark.
