How long to signing since social housing is accepted

    Can anyone please have an idea how long it takes once social housing is accepted till signing and getting the keys?

    Also, all the tenants are required to do tenancy course before.. I wonder what the timing for a tenancy course after accepting social housing offer? Do they tell you well in advance like 2 weeks before the course date? Can it be rescheduled if date does not suit? It is Dublin council

    It can be as short as a month. Its a question how long is a ball of string. If you are doing a tenancy course its weeks away. I have seen seen it held up because complication around builders. If you are on the course then you are as good as in.
