Distance Contracts - Purchasing a car blind

    Hola,

Just wondering if there are any folks on here who have any experience of purchasing a car entirely online/phone etc? I know its a crazy risk but there is the 'Distance Contract' protection (allegedly), that kicks in if you have no personal dealings with the car dealer, have a test drive etc, basically that the first time see the car in front off you, is when it is delivered. Apparently there is a 14 day cooling off period.

Im looking at a car purchase soon and wondered if there were any others who had done it like this and in the event you did send it back, how did that work out? TIA
