Frame circa 1992 - not entirely sure. Badged as Reynolds 653 but I'm not convinced.

Size small - would suit someone 5'4" - 5'9" approximately in current configuration, of course it could be lengthened by changing out the quill stem.

Groupset is a particularly clean Shimano RX100 7spd system with downtube shifters. Wheels are Mavic.

Overall condition B+ and very rideable. I'm swimming in bikes however, and I know I won't give it the attention it deserves.

I'm looking for 300 beans and based in west Dublin.

That looks class. Plenty of sellers would advertise that as "mint". For a white bike to look that well after 30+years it had to have been well looked after.

Over recent years here whenever a nice older frame, let alone a complete bike, came up for sale in large sizes there used to be a volley of shouts along the lines of "if only that was smaller I'd be all over it", or "you tall folk are blessed when it comes to quality rothars" etc.

Now I drop in a bike that aims squarely at the more sensibly proportioned cyclist and…..🧐

Seems similar? A comment suggests that the pro team used 753 tubing but the commercially available bike used 653.

Are you sure its a small as Raleigh small was 19", any chance you could measure the length of the seat tube in inch?

    Spot on….seat tube is 19" 👍️

Measurement is from where it intersects with the top tube, down to the weld at the BB.
