So at 1st I thought it was a black butterfly, but closer up it seems to have a black (with a blue sheen) body like a dragonfly, and also it seemed to fly like a dragonfly.. But I thought dragonflies have transparent wings?

    Damselfly?

Not great video. Can you do a couple of stills?

I saw nothing (on phone fullscreen) until the last few seconds.

There are a few species of damselfly with black, or very dark coloured, wings, such as the Beautiful Demoiselle.

I'm pretty sure that was it, it looked just like the online images of Beautiful Demoiselle. Thanks!
