    Hi all

Does anyone know what could be causing this. Can come on first thing in the morning or come on and off during driving

When comes on, power dips and if it goes off, power increases again and so on.once lights are on, the steering also gets harder

The lights that come on are the traction in light, abs light, airbag light and then the EM light

Loose clock info and speed dial goes to zero. When lights leave, all goes back to normal

Also the information light comes on to say

    " Hill start assist unavailable"

Has anyone any idea where to start???

    Ford connect 2017

    Cheers

    Brian

Is it a hybrid? If so, the first thing I would check is the 12V battery.

Sounds like the battery. Might be worth getting a proper diagnostic done tho.

    Lads

Not a hybrid. The diagnostic comes up as data not available. Like code 0415 or something like that

    It's a ford connect 1.5 diesel

Almost certainly an electrical issue. The 0415 code online seems to point at the ABS Module.

Did you use a cheap scanner? P0415 is an engine fault, whereas U0415 is an ABS fault.

Cheap scanners can only scan for engine codes, which might explain why your engine light is on, but not the other faults.
