Hi all,
I'm just trying my luck here... Is there anyone working at the Office of the Ombudsman who can shed some lights on the hybrid working arrangement there? I've recently been assigned to this Office in the recent EO competition but haven't been given much information on whether I can work from home from the beginning or do I have to work onsite for some weeks before I can apply for it. This information is essential for me as I have childcare to arrange before the mid June start date.
