    Hi

I'm setting up a used Robotic Mower I just got, which came with no Boundary Wire. I'm wondering , is there anything special about this Wire- does it carry current , or is it just physically marking out the Boundary? If its just a physical Boundary, would normal Wire do, such as farmers fence Wire????

The rolls of official Boundary Wire are about 100 euro for 100 metre rolls.

It's an insulated wire that carries a small current. Agri wire won't work as it's not isulated and too thick.
