I'm in my mid-20s and have no job experience. I was told that Dublin airport is the best (though I don't have a car or a license).

Maybe look into an apprenticeship. Don’t know of any jobs in Dublin going with 0 experience. If you don’t have a salary nothing to lose going down to apprenticeships wages.

loads of jobs you can do without experience OP as long as you’re willing to learn. That’s your best tool when it’s put to you that you have no experience in X or Y job/role you can answer that what you lack in experience you make up for by being a fast learner, good listener and great team player.

Just push what you can do rather than dwelling on what you haven’t done before. Also getting a job in the airport without any easy way to travel there is not a good idea either.

A supermarket or hotel would be two places that would hire you for something even sans experience. Especially a hotel or restaurant if you could work front of house or kitchen porter or that. Fair warning- hours will be shite. 😂

Select Service Partners are the company that run the franchises, bars restaurants etc in Dublin airport, try to get in touch with them. Are you close to a bus route?

There are multiple employers who employ unskilled staff there.

daa themselves, already linked. SSP, already mentioned

OCS - assistance, bringing people in wheelchairs to gates etc - seem to advertise on Indeed
    Mitie - cleaners
Wrights - operate shops/food service - Indeed again
    WH Smiths - Indeed again
Swissport, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Emerald, Sky Handling - check-in staff, baggage handling.

Probably easiest to look on Indeed for airport roles and go from there

You will need to get Garda vetting clearance for absolutely every one of these jobs, if that's a potential issue. Any vague hint of issues with drugs etc and you will not get this.

Warehouses in the airport & catchment area are often crying out for staff, but again if you can only do day shifts to align with the bus schedule, it may make you a less attractive candidate. Are you local to the airport? How close are you to applying for a driving licence? Some places will train you on forklifts but they'd probably want to know if you can drive first.

There are also plenty of entry-level admin roles too at the airport: cargo agent roles, customer service, coordination roles.
