    anyone else had issues with them? They closed my account because it hadn’t been used in 6 months and took the credit I had. Had to add more funds, same thing happened. Cust care was infuriating changing their answer and contradicting themselves repeatedly. Was told my account was closed even though I could log in. Then when I saw “account closed” on the app I was told that the account was active. This persisted after sending them a screenshot. They could not see my history of parking so told me I must never have used it even though my history shows under my vat receipts. 1st told account closed. Then told account open. Then told it was cause my e wallet wasn’t activated even though I use a card rather than the wallet. They did not seem to be aware you could add a card outside of the e wallet. Then told that no one can help cause they don’t know what’s wrong and it must be me closing the account (which I obviously didn’t do given I had funds in it which I wasn’t going to just gift to Apcoa). Back to trying to find parking disks for me anyway
