    Anyone get the SmartTag2? I can't get mine connected. Bluetooth doesn't find it and the QR code won't scan. The SmartThings app doesn't see it either. Tried a new battery.

    Don't know how exactly but got them connected.

    Disappointed it doesn't see my wallet in the car parked outside.

    Assuming its not new , reset by keeping it pressed while taking battery in and out - then keep pressing for afew seconds . Your phone should auto connect to it again
