Recommend a range finder

    As a golfer who has everything and with a nice balance in my pro shop account, I am looking at range finders.
    There are tons of <€100 options available online with good reviews and that all seem to do the same thing.
    As you go up in price for the more established brands, what are you getting for the extra spend?
    What should I be looking for?

    Note: I already have a decent watch

    You're probably getting some additional functions that you can't actually use in a competition, such as a slope function which will adjust the distance for changes in elevation.

    I know some people have complained about some of the cheaper ones that they struggle with slightly blurry image and trouble with hitting the correct target.

    Maybe look out for one that has pin-seeker mode. They give a little vibration/jolt when they zap a flag

    Thanks @spacecoyote - I think that is what I was looking for - pin-seeker mode. Are there also others that reduce shakiness?

    Does anyone ever check if someone has it on slope function or not. I'm sure loads of people never turn it off. BTW the Golf Buddy Laser Lite 2 is a good affordable rangefinder.
