E90 bmw msport turbo issue

I recently got e90 bmw,I did the waterpump and thermostat myself,and there are no leaks where I done the work . So I think there working fine I removed the egr cooler and the turbo plastic inlet cover,when i went to start the car,it now sounds like a.v8 and choking an start up,I drove the car,now I realise the turbo is not…
