What ram for new IPhone 16

Hi I will be getting a new IPhone 16 on a Vodafone uk bill . This will be my go to device for downloading any forms etc , and while I will uploading a lot to the cloud , I’m not sure about the ram to get . I know I won’t be using half as much as the contingency I want . I’m thinking of the 16max . How is it for connecting…
