A sense of entitlement

Just an observation, from doing survey work at a number of different filling stations and supermarkets:

Folks parking their cars at a petrol/diesel pump with no intention of using it - and just buying food at the deli. I've seen this on a regular basis. One manager of a filling station told me he was threatened with a physical assault for asking driver not to obstruct other drivers who wanted to buy fuel.

Parking in disabled spaces/parent and child spaces. People without blue badge or children with them parking in these spaces for convenience.

Both of these actions scream a sense of entitlement, and a lack of social awareness.

Why do people think it is acceptable to do either?
    Should these people be challenged?
Should they face fines or similar?
    What can change their behaviour?

Don't forget the @rrsehrseholes who park their diesel car in a designated EV charging spot...including the rapid charging spots.

They should be fined. Public portal to report them. Fine in the post. Day in court if ignored.

Even worse are the people who park up at the garage to carpool & off they go to work or even off for a weekend break!! 🙈 Of course they will always take the prime places near the front door just to add insult to injury!!!!!
