Kindle - Send to Kindle format issue

    Hi, I am having an issue sending books to my fathers kindle. I have a zip file with a lot of epub and mobi files. I've converted them to Awz3 as well but they keep coming back as failed. Has anybody had this issue or know of a workaround? Thanks
