Plaster reveals chipping around windows

Our External plastering was completed on Tuesday and we have noticed that around the reveals where the plaster touches the window the plaster has chipped off. I'm wondering if anyone has seen an issue like this before? It's happened on approx 50% of the windows. Plaster was done over last 2 weeks and I'm wondering would the heat have played a factor in this. The windows that don't seem to be effected are the ones that are either shaded by scaffolding or part of the house that the Sun wouldn't hit as much.

The render might have dried out too quickly rather than curing, making it slightly weak. That's the only thing that I can think of. Can you stick a screwdriver into a spot with much ease?

A very good solution for the gaps is a mix of external Toupret filler in power form and about a third builders sand, and water as required. It makes a good filler which is easy to rub-up with a damp sponge to close the render (after about 15/20 mins).

Thanks very much for the reply and the advice on how to rectify. Ya the only thing I can think of as well is that it dried out too quick due to the heat. The plasterer is calling back over weekend to take a look.

This should be part of typical snagging fixes.

Thanks For the replies. One thing I have noticed is that on the windows it cracked and chipped off seems to be very close to the corners. I'm assuming that with the the heat we had lately the windows would of expanded and contacted when cooled down and causing the plaster to weekend and crack off.
