I was stopped by guards last night around 4 o'clock they were hiding in dark so couldn't see them they switched on their lights and stopped Me they checked car details and asked for licence I never had my wallet with me so couldn't produce it then they ask for my details I provided them I was going around 80 in 60 zone but they didn't mentioned anything about speeding at all they had breathalyser in hand but didn't asked me to blow on it will I be issued any FCN by them please give me your suggestions thanks very much people.

in all probability if you didn’t get a fine there and then, or the Garda didn’t use words like “you’ll get a fine in the post”, then you’re probably ok.

Even if he did use the words “you’ll get a fine in the post”, there is a still a chance you won’t get it.
