Just a quick try of the Nocpix Limi L19 this morning. Looks to be good. I'll get out to my stalking permission for a better test during the week.

Shed in 25m away and my wheelbarrow, on its side, is 30m off.

But when looking at the screen the Limi started to what I'd call blink. The image would freeze for just a moment, a split second. Very annoying. I've sent an email to Nocpix in the UK about this problem. If it can't be fixed it going back.

My infiray does that too,it's some sort of recalibration to temperature.I can turn it off from auto to manual in settings I'd say yours could do it to,does it click when it freezes

That's perfectly normal,it's just recalibrating. If it didn't do that the image would degrade rapidly.

Looked through a Pulsar that would also do it, every so often the image would freeze, then an audible click and away it'd go again.

I'll try the calibration setting. I only noticed happening after it updated its software

Still doing it in the Manual setting. It's like it takes a photo. Freezes for a split second. Very annoying.

Could be faulty so, maybe bring it back to seller and see can you get a replacement. But that little freeze I think happens on all low to medium priced thermals more expensive might not have the same problem

Good to know, try black hot it seems to recalibrate a lot less on that setting on my thermal maybe yours is similar.
