Help with Netflix bought via sky. Unable to reset password

    Hi all,

    Hoping to ask advice. A few years ago I signed up to Netflix via my sky subscription. The bill for Netflix appears separately on my bank account from the sky charge. It's on a sky a box with a sky q mini also logging in.

    My dad accidentally signed out of Netflix on the sky box and I cannot get back in. I'm unable to reset my password as it doesn't recognise my email or mobile number. I got to the stage where it asked me to enter my name and the card number it's against, but that doesn't work as it comes on direct debit, not card number. I've gone round in circles on the Netflix site.

    Anybody any thoughts how to fix this?

    Gosh thats a tricky one. The way i read it you have an ordinary netflix account and use the sky q to join so the problem is with netflix. You will need to conctact netflix and get a call back

    Use this , say what the issue is and watch the replies until you see call back

    Thanks Swoofer. Managed to get through to them on the phone and girl in support sorted it. My email address is associated with the account so obviously a problem with their password reset system. She forced a reset email to be sent.
