How to live with red cheeks?

Not trying to ask for medical advice btw.

I'm a guy that seems to always have red cheeks and it's very embarrassing! It has affected me all my life, and I was fine with it when I was younger, but I have been self conscious for it for years due to being made of it and just by the appearance alone. I went to a specialist, who said my blood vessels were just close to my skin and I can't really do anything about it. And it sucks that it goes bright red when I get embarrassed whenever I talk to a cute girl or when I get hot, etc.

I really hate when people say something about it being sunburn or asking if it's windy/cold/hot outside. Does anyone experience this? Any advice to like cope with it?

You could get Rosalique. That seems to work quite well

    Would a beard cover it?

You need laser genesis or limelight therapy, you get these treatments done in a laser clinic. You also need to wear an spf 30 every single day and try to think of what your triggers are. For allot of people with redness the triggers can be things like heat, alcohol or spicy food.
