White staining on asphalt

Got my driveway re done with asphalt three months ago. Within a week, the white staining in the photos appeared on one section. Have power washed it twice with detergent since but there’s no shifting the marks & it looks very unsightly. Anyone else experience this? Looking for a solution urgently. The tarmac company cannot offer any reason as to why it happened in one area.
