Noise in Mullingar

    Has anyone noticed an unbelievably loud noise around the train station in recent weeks?

    Sounds like a hydraulic drill or something in slow motion. I can hear it from hundreds of metres away. It's so loud and runs constantly from about 08:30-17:30 most days.
