    Hey everyone!

As someone who’s been vaping for years (and navigated the learning curve the hard way), I wanted to share some tips and answers to common questions for those just starting out. Let’s keep this simple, practical, and brand-free—focusing on what matters most: your experience and safety.

    1. Starting Out: Don’t Overcomplicate It

    • Device Choice: If you’re new, consider a basic setup. Pod systems are user-friendly and great for figuring out your preferences (like mouth-to-lung vs. direct lung inhales). Avoid jumping into advanced mods until you’re comfortable.
    • E-Liquid Basics: Start with a 50/50 PG/VG blend—it’s versatile and works with most devices. Higher PG gives more throat hit (like a cigarette); higher VG produces thicker vapor (common for cloud-chasing).

    2. Nicotine Strength: Less Is More (At First)

    • Common Mistake: Picking high nicotine because you’re quitting smoking. Too much can cause headaches or nausea. If you were a pack-a-day smoker, try 6mg (freebase) or 20mg (nic salts) and adjust from there.
    • Pro Tip: Nicotine salts absorb faster and feel smoother, which can help cravings, but they’re not for every device. Check compatibility!

    3. Flavor Fatigue Is Real

Your taste buds might go numb to a flavor after vaping it nonstop—this is normal! Rotate between 2-3 flavors to keep things fresh. Sweet/dessert flavors can also gunk up coils faster, so clean your tank regularly.

    4. Maintenance Matters

    • Coil Care: Burnt hits? Replace your coil when flavor/vapor drops or tastes “off.” Prime new coils by soaking the cotton in e-liquid for 5-10 minutes before firing.
    • Battery Safety: Use the charger that came with your device. Never leave batteries charging overnight or in extreme heat.

    5. Troubleshooting 101

    • Leaking: Usually caused by overfilling, a loose coil, or thin e-liquid (high PG). Wipe connections clean and store devices upright.
    • Spitback: If your device “spits” hot liquid, try a higher VG blend or adjust your wattage (if adjustable).

    6. Listen to Your Body

    • Stay hydrated—vaping can dry your mouth and throat.
    • If you feel lightheaded, lower your nicotine or take shorter puffs.

    Final Thoughts

Vaping is a personal journey. What works for others might not work for you, and that’s okay. Experiment safely, ask questions, and don’t rush into upgrades. Most importantly: buy from reputable sources and avoid sketchy, unregulated products.

Feel free to reply/DM if you’re stuck—happy to help!
