Ducting for future outside use

Hi, I have a 4 inch waste pipe coming up through the slab in a plant room which will not be used now for original purpose and am thinking it could be used for providing a conduit for future cabling to the outside. At the moment it has a 45 degree bend on it in the slab and finishes just beyond the slab on the outside. Theres 150mm insulation and the floor to go down on top of where it is in the plant room. Before I finish off the outside I'm thinking that I need to maybe put a conduit through the 4" as it is probably too big on its own. Any suggestions on what to put down through it and how should both the 4" and the conduit be sealed until required in future if ever ?

Why not leave it as a 4 inch duct ? extend it into an AJ outside & blank the pipe there with wavin 4 inch plastic stop end & blank it on inside with a 4 inch rubber bung flush with finished floor in the plant room. Leaves it easily accessible for any future requirments.

Hi - yes that could work as an option. Didn't particularly want an AJ in the area as already have 2 gullies and a AJ around there plus two doors. I suppose it could be removed down the line.
