Weekend work in the city. Does it exist?

My missus is looking for work on the weekends only. We are trying to organize our lives around a 3 month old human. Does weekend work exist? There are plenty of signs up in cafes and whatnot but they're all "flexible" hours. How do we zero in on specifically weekend work only? By the way - casual work. Like in a cafe or…

If your willing to work late nights a lot of hotels will be hiring weekend staff.

It would be more 8 or 9 until 2 or 3 in the morning. It's wedding season. I probably should have said it would me more Fri and Sat night rather than Sat Sun.
