    1. What is your budget?

€1000ish, but less would be delightful.

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer?

Gaming. I'm going to primarily use in home streaming (e.g. sunshine/moonlight) to stream to my steam deck. I've heard Nvidia is supposed to be better for Streaming so that'd be preferable unless that's no longer true.

I'd like to be able to handle running any game at 1280x800@90Hz plus the overhead of the streaming (and without upscaling since the resolution is already low). But for example Monster Hunter Wilds, Oblivion Remastered, Black Myth Wukong.

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows?

    No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer?

I have a couple of nvme SSDs and a couple of HDDs so I'm sorted for storage.

    5. Do you need a monitor?

    No

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals?

    No peripherals needed

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking

    Yes

    8. How can you pay?

    Card/bank transfer

    9. When are you purchasing?

In the next week or so

Upped the budget in an edit after reading more and doubting that my initial budget was realistic

For streaming budget is way over the top, for the rest I'll leave it to the experts
