Hi everyone, New to vaping and struggling with throat irritation using 3mg freebase nicotine juice (70/30 VG/PG). Already tried: • Lowering nicotine to 3mg (started at 6mg) • Switching from citrus to milder dessert flavors • Adjusting wattage between 40-60W Still get a scratchy feeling, especially on the first few puffs.…

Hi everyone,
New to vaping and struggling with throat irritation using 3mg freebase nicotine juice (70/30 VG/PG). Already tried:
• Lowering nicotine to 3mg (started at 6mg)
• Switching from citrus to milder dessert flavors
• Adjusting wattage between 40-60W
Still get a scratchy feeling, especially on the first few puffs. Could this be related to:
PG/VG ratios? (Saw some say higher VG is smoother911)
Coil types? (Using 0.4Ω mesh)
Temperature control settings?
Any guidance would be awesome!
