    Did you firstly raise it with the company and if so, what was their response?

    At least you hold the cards then, but that's cosmetically pretty bad. I'm hoping that they are better structurally in that respect.

    I know. Total mess. Just noticed that there are screws and raw wood on the outside of the windows too. You can probably see them in the photos. I thought I could trust them as they were subcontractors for the job that my neighbour had done. A company from Athboy

    the contractor is coming down on Thursday and I look at the issues. The inside isn’t great either to be honest. Looks like very rough wood on the inside. Views please?

    I had the shutters done a few years back. At least they weren’t damaged! Wall thickness I guess 2 feet
