300k self build...how far will I get?

Looking at going building a house on parents land. Gifted. Single and reckon i would have around 300k all in between mortgage, deposit and HTB. Teacher so would have time to spend on site organising things. Nothing massive,3/4 bedrooms. What would I be looking at for that price? What have people spent per sq m on their…
