Bank of Ireland App Timestamp

Hi, I'm looking for more information on a ATM withdrawal from my bank of Ireland account made abroad by me. Is it possible to get timestamps and location through the app similar to revolut or is it just the date that is available?

No, there app is like it’s from the year 2000. You’ll need to ring them.
Why im closing my BOI account and moving full time to Revolut and credit union.
