Leaking tap - can it be fixed

Hi, I've got an outside tap that leaks from the top (just a dribble) when it's open See where I've marked in the pic in red. I'm hoping I just need a new washer inside it somewhere but have no clue really. Can I open it up by unscrewing the nut marked in blue and replace something? Thanks.

You could try unscrewing the nut fully, and putting a few wraps of PTFE tape underneath. Then replace the nut. Should solve it.

Roll the ptfe into a thread and put 4/5 wraps on the shaft after unscrewing and slightly lifting the nut. Pack the ptfe down into the tap with a tooth pick etc. Then redo the nut. Not too tightly at first.
