    Hi everyone,

Just a quick post to try and get some help/info…I'm 34 yrs old and I work full time (nights). The past 2 months i have been going from guesthouse to b&b to hotel just paying day stay rates and getting my head down for few hrs then my nights off i book the cheapest accommodation i can find to catch up on my sleep, lately my body and mind has been feeling it both physically and mentally.

Does anyone on here know of any options or suggestions as to what i can do that would be cost effective - like i say i work nights so i need to find a long term sort of place to stay and I cannot seem to find anything, then again i ain't that knowledgeable in this area.

Has anyone been through similar and sourced anything - any bit of info will be gladly taking on board.

    Cheers.

Are you working away from home in this job or are you effectively homeless? Do you have somewhere to live on your time off from work?

I would have thought house shares would be the best bet for you, not ideal but the most cost effective. Or the rent a room scheme. Just contact them all on daft/myhome or wherever else they might be listed
