I have a steel shed with a cement floor, it is dry as it was laid on a plastic sheet. its been in place for 10 years with no problem. i wish to paint it with Red floor paint.

when it is swept a amount of sand lifts , would be a good idea to give it a coat of Polybond to stabilise it before rolling on the floor paint.
