Sky Go with Sky Essentials package

    HI, Sky News is the only channel I can access on Sky Go, I am on Essentials TV package and Sky reps say I would need to upgrade to Ultimate but I thought you always got same channels on TV and Sky Go?

    I have Sky Ultimate on Sky Stream and Sky Go on Windows is also not working for me apart from Sky News so whoever told you that about needing to upgrade fobbed you off.

    It was working fine last week. Will contact them and see what they say.

    It does work on my mobile though.
