.NET developer, should I concentrate on Blazor or other frameworks/technologies in more demand?

I was working as a full stack dev in my last place for 6 years, started working with Angular 2, but migrated to Razor as business demanded we go that direction.

I feel like I missed out on working with newer technology such as Blazor, or .NET Maui etc, so what is the current framework that is most in demand in the market?

I'm on a break for a few months working on some private projects so this is a great time to update my skillset in advance of hitting the interview circuit.

Additionally, regarding Blazor, is server side or client side the main use case?
