Getting correct texture when repairing rendering on exterior insulation

I've got exterior insulation around the house. It's starting to show it's age and there are many patches and corners that need to be repaired.

The render has a texture and I'm wondering how to match it when repairing? Is this just a case of adding grit/sand to a render or do some come like this? Any advice welcome.

Have a look at this as it's not an easy or cheap job to repair monocouche.

Thanks for the video and for mentioning monocouche. I hadn't heard about it before and it does look like that's the stuff.

I'm not too worried if there's a slight colour mismatch, just want to tidy up the holes and make sure everything is sealed up mostly. I'd rather make sure the texture is matched - the house will likely need painting in the near future anyway.
