Personal abuse not being dealt with

Hi, another poster posted quite an unpleasant comment about me in the Motors forum. I reported it 24 hours ago but no action has been taken. Can you look in this please?

I make light hearted jibe at a very experienced poster and get dog’s abuse for it and this is your response?
Since you’re not getting notifications I should have told him why I really thought of him.
You’d have never found out anyway. And if you did I now know you’ll do nothing about it anyway.
Some posts in bold type….we’re quaking here…
