Problems with EFC25 online

    I just purchased a ps 5, and EFC and a ps plus subscription.

    I'm in an endless loop of EA asking me to reset my password and I do that and it just asks me again. There is no option to change EA account within fifa that I can find.

    I have tried de linking my EA account from my psn account, I have done this and it doesn't show as linked on the EA portal.

    However the same problem arises.

    I raised a case with EA and it achieved nothing they seemed to have just closed it. I also emailed their data protection email address over a week ago and haven't heard back yet.

    Has anyone else had this problem and can advise a solution!? Fifa online is unplayable without it and this is why I bought it.
