Samsung TV and the Amazon Prime App

I currently watch Prime video via the Prime app on my Samsung TV. I presume that this App points at prime.co.uk. What happens if I change my prime subscription to .ie? Do I lose access via this app? Or how could I redirect it. TIA Mav

I use Prime video on my samsung tv,i can use vpn to watch content from the US or any country so it is not pointed to co.uk
