The idea is simple guys. An AI that, instead of answering questions you can cut-and-paste. This AI provides insightful questions and links to online resources you where you can find answers to those questions.

It's fine if it's being used in a 'walled-garden' such as a school with limited access to other Chat/AI engines. Otherwise how will it stand up to ChatGPT for example which will just hand out the discussion, the break-down and the answer.

Uni courses these days are encouraging ChatGPT for everything, I haven't seen a book being opened by my young fella, it's all learning by online queries as far as I can see.

…but I like your concept. 👍️ Now get it to link directly to the chapter in the student's specific online course book (no more "but we never did that chapter..").

Transparency is key when using AI, either as a teacher or student during the education process. You cite your sources, just like when you quote or paraphrase other authors in a research paper, or when giving a lecture or presenting a paper. As for use of the Socratic method of using a question to answer a question, AI cut-and-paste seems useful, provided that sources are cited.

Thanks, Fathom. I'm trying to replace the traditional AI cut-and-paste approach with HomeworkGPT. There really isn't anything to cut-and-paste, my AI provides questions and links only.
